At Our Table Weekly Recipe Roundup - December 4, 2022

Cranberry Brie Crostini, Spicy Pasta alla Vodka, and the best Mac n Cheese out there.

Hii!  Thank you for subscribing to at our table for your weekly recipe roundup!  This is a recipe recap of everything that went down on the at our table Instagram this week with links to the web posts so you can read the recipes more clearly and have something to refer back to.  There's always more in the works here, but for now, I hope you enjoy the tasty recipes below!

We've officially entered the season of Christmas, which is my absolute favorite.  There's so much to love about this time of year: the weather, the cozy homes, the lights, the celebration of Jesus, the family gatherings, etc.  I've specifically been thinking about those family gatherings and how the majority of the time they're centered around food, so I came up with this delicious and simple crostini recipe that's perfect for those events!  It's made with a toasted baguette, creamy Brie cheese, and topped with a sweet but tart cranberry sauce, honey, and thyme.

A pantry staple recipe, a fan favorite, an easily customizable dinner for a crowd...let me introduce you to the one and only, Spicy Pasta alla Vodka.  My husband and I have been loving this lately!  We've made it for ourselves and for dinner parties and it works all around.  If you don't like the spice or want to use something other than vodka, this recipe is super easy to customize and will be yummy either way!

This is one of the most requested recipes on the Instagram account so I thought it was finally time to give it a whirl.  Spoiler alert: it is delicious.  A creamy, thick, three-cheese baked mac n cheese topped with a crispy parmesan breaded topping and served warm, straight out of the oven.  This makes a ton of mac n cheese, so it's a great dish to bring to a dinner party (or to keep for yourself all week long).

Thanks for tuning in this week!  If you liked any of the recipes you've seen, I'd love it if you shared them with a friend.  You can always head back to the site if you'd like to reference these recipes again.

See you next week!

xoxo
