A brunch-worthy breakfast and 3 simple sheet pan dinners!
Hii! It has been a MINUTE. There's been so much going on since we last spoke - traveling with my husband, Christmas with family, a new year, a new PUPPY, and some fun and exciting things for at our table that I can't wait to share with you. Don't worry though, all the recipes that weren't delivered to your inbox can be found on the site.
Thank you for subscribing to at our table for your weekly recipe roundup! This is a recipe recap of everything that went down on the at our table Instagram this week with links to the web posts so you can read the recipes more clearly and have something to refer back to. There's always more in the works here, but for now, I hope you enjoy the tasty recipes below!
I don't know about you, but I typically eat the same thing for breakfast every morning - homemade sourdough and if I get lucky with my time, maybe an egg or two. It was time to spice it up and make myself a brunch-level breakfast! This is just that. It's filling, fresh, full of delicious ingredients, and will make you feel like you're out on the town for breakfast instead of in your own cozy kitchen.

This delicious sheet pan salmon recipe kicks off the Sheet Pan Dinner Mini Series we did this last week. It's light and refreshing but will still leave you feeling full at the end of the meal. It's made with freshly picked Meyer lemons and buttery salmon, then topped with a garlic herb glaze. An easy, quick, tasty 45-minute meal you'll love!

Made with balsamic glaze, garlic, and red pepper flakes, this balsamic chicken gives you a great combination of sweet and spicy. It's paired with roasted broccolini, red onion, garlic cloves, and bursting cherry tomatoes. It's juicy, flavor-packed, and can be made in under an hour!

I have never met a chicken thigh more tender than this recipe! Marinated in a homemade Mediterranean spice blend, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice, they are quite literally the most moist chicken thigh I have ever had. Served alongside roasted red potatoes, red onion rings, and on-the-vine cherry tomatoes...I promise you'll love it okay just trust me!

Thanks for tuning in this week! If you liked any of the recipes you've seen, I'd love it if you shared them with a friend. You can always head back to the site if you'd like to reference these recipes again.
See you next week!
