Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs

A 5 ingredient chicken recipe?!?

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, bone-in with skin

  • 3-4 t minced garlic

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 t EVOO

Directions:

  1. Gentle peel up the skin on each chicken thigh and spread about 1 t of minced garlic in-between using a small spoon or your fingers. Season with salt and pepper to taste on both sides and set aside.

  2. Heat the EVOO in a cast iron pan over medium heat. Once the oil is warm add the chicken thighs. Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through and the internal temperature reads 165F. The skin should be darkened and crispy!

  3. Serve with your favorite side, like these Roasted Ranch Fingerling Potatoes, and enjoy!!
