Pomegranate Walnut Baked Brie Dip
A 5-ingredient dip that will make you the family favorite? Sign me up!

Ingredients:
6-8 oz brie cheese wheel
3 T dark brown sugar
1/4 c chopped walnuts
2 T honey
1/4 c pomegranate arils
Maldon sea salt (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a small rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or (unless you're using a cocotte, which is basically a tiny dutch oven)
Using a sharp knife, slice the brie wheel in a checkered pattern. Sprinkle the brown sugar, walnuts, and honey on top.
Bake for 1-12 minutes, until lightly bubbling, then remove from heat.
Sprinkle pomegranate arils and Maldon sea salt on top, then serve immediately with crackers!
