Pomegranate Walnut Baked Brie Dip

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 oz brie cheese wheel

  • 3 T dark brown sugar

  • 1/4 c chopped walnuts

  • 2 T honey

  • 1/4 c pomegranate arils

  • Maldon sea salt (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a small rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or (unless you're using a cocotte, which is basically a tiny dutch oven)

  2. Using a sharp knife, slice the brie wheel in a checkered pattern. Sprinkle the brown sugar, walnuts, and honey on top.

  3. Bake for 1-12 minutes, until lightly bubbling, then remove from heat.

  4. Sprinkle pomegranate arils and Maldon sea salt on top, then serve immediately with crackers!
