At Our Table Weekly Recipe Roundup - November 6, 2022
Hii! Thank you for subscribing to at our table for your weekly recipe roundup! This is a recipe recap of everything that went down on the at our table Instagram this week with links to the web posts so you can read the recipes more clearly and have something to refer back to. There's always more in the works here, but for now, I hope you enjoy these tasty recipes below!
The ultimate fall salad, I promise you. You have roasted brown butter thyme delicata squash with juicy pomegranate arils, creamy goat cheese, and a sherry mustard dressing that's the perfect finish. This salad is full of seasonal produce and is great on its own - maybe paired with chicken or steak - or used as a side salad.

If you're like me, you probably don't want a cold salad this time of the year. Maybe you want the benefits/flavors of a salad, but are looking for something cozier in the cooler weather. This salad is the solution! It's a warm salad with spiced roasted butternut squash, crispy brussel sprouts, pomegranate arils, and creamy goat cheese. A cozy side dish for any fall meal and a great Thanksgiving side if you're wanting something new.

You will absolutely love these cookies. The shortbread is just slightly sweet so when it's dipped in the maple cardamom glaze it is... chef's kiss! They're some of the easiest cookies to bake and you likely have all the shortbread ingredients already in your pantry. A new fall staple in the Isaac household - hopefully in yours too!

If you're looking for a recipe for those times when dinner feels like a stretch, these peppers are it. They take less than 30 minutes to make and are a super simple recipe. We typically eat them on their own because they're filling as is, but you can pair them with rice if you want something a bit heavier. They're a delicious last-minute dinner recipe!

Thanks for tuning in this week! If you liked any of the recipes you've seen, I'd love it if you shared them with a friend. You can always head back to the site if you'd like to reference these recipes again.
See you next week!
xoxo
